China CMCL® General Duty Rubber Casters are designed for versatile mobility in industrial, commercial and institutional settings. Made from durable rubber, these casters combine chemical resistance, lightweight construction and reliability, making them ideal for dynamic environments such as warehouses, medical facilities, retail spaces and light industrial applications.
Soft rubber wheels combine a soft tread on a hard rubber core, offering quiet movement, a cushioned ride, and added floor protection. Hard rubber wheels provide higher load capacities and impact resistance. Both types are resistant to most chemical and oils, and have a temperature range of -40° to 160° F.
Material: High-quality polypropylene (PP) wheels offer excellent resistance to oils, chemicals and moisture. Suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 80°C.
Load Capacity: Each caster supports 30–70 kg (up to 280 kg total for a 4-caster system), making them ideal for medium-duty carts and equipment.
Mounting Options: Choose between swivel (360° maneuverability) or rigid (fixed orientation) configurations. Compatible with threaded rod, plate mounting.
Braking System: Some models include wheel locksfor added safety and stability.
